Troy Flowers grew up in Mayflower, Arkansas and graduated from Central Arkansas Christian(CAC). While at CAC, he played football, tennis, and baseball. Troy played four years of varsity baseball and won All-Conference his senior year. After high school Troy accepted a scholarship to play baseball at Lyon College where he caught and played third for two years. After two years he transferred to Hope International University in Fullerton, California where he now catches and plays first. Troy started training at Proformance his freshman year of high school and hasn’t stopped since then. He has participated in all of our college summer programs and has perfected his skill set while under the instruction of Coach Pat, Coach Jonah, and Coach Dustin.

“I have been apart of the Proformance community since I was 15 years old…attending lessons, workouts and camps. I have attended all summer workouts both high school and college and will continue to do so until I am told I can’t anymore.  Without Proformance I wouldn’t be the athlete or man that I am today. Proformance has helped me achieve my life long goals of being a college baseball player. With the constant support and help of the staff, Proformance is truly a unique facility that I have been lucky to train at for so long.  Now that I am older and a little more experienced I would love to be able to give back to the facility that has given me so much. A big part of a “PRO” is giving back to others, and I hope to join the Proformance staff in doing so.”
